Merge draft invoices

We would like to see a feature added that allows you to merge two draft invoices within a project.

If a draft invoice exists, an option should be added under "Invoice Actions" that allows you to add another draft invoice. When you select this option, you should be able to choose another draft invoice within the project and then have the option to merge all the lines on that draft invoice into a single draft invoice.
