Internal Notes as with quotes/invoices also with project overview

The desire is that just as with the quotes/invoices where a text block is displayed for internal notes, that this is also added to a Project Information.
Plus all the history.

This gives the user the ability to quickly jot down notes on a project and possibly elaborate on them later.

There is also the desire to insert/make a table + add images.
In addition to the above, there is also the desire to use text formatting, such as underline, bold, italic.
