Generate packing slip based on quote/invoice

The desire is to be able to generate a packing slip based on the quotation.

The idea is that when you create a quotation, you are given the option to create a packing slip. The packing slip will then show "Packing Slip" and the quotation number on which the packing slip is based. This provides a direct link between the quotation and the packing slip.

All lines from the quotation are shown on the packing slip, but without line/total prices.

In addition, there is a desire to generate a packing slip based on an invoice that has been drawn up. If a company has produced products and drawn up a final invoice for the products produced to date, they can generate a packing slip for their staff from that invoice.

The packing slip then shows Packing slip with a linked invoice number, plus all invoice lines, but without line/total prices.
