Enter sales rate per contact

Users have requested the ability to set a specific hourly rate per contact. This hourly rate should be leading relative to the default hourly rate set per employee.

Functionality:

• A field should be available per contact in which a specific hourly rate can be entered.

• If a contact has a specific hourly rate, this rate should be automatically applied when billing, rather than the employee's default hourly rate.

• If no specific hourly rate is entered with the contact, the employee's default hourly rate will continue to apply.

• Priority of rates:

  • If a contact has its own hourly rate, it is used.

  • If no specific hourly rate is set with the contact, the employee's default hourly rate is used.
